Flowers

A few months ago, someone asked me what my photographic preferences were. My spontaneous answer was architecture... I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have expected that, and I wonder myself when looking at all the pictures I took since the start of my 365 project and during August Break...!

I don't know whether that's due to pure laziness (it took me just a step out on my balcony to get the above) or a longing for colour during this year's rainy summer but I captured a few...

Have a colourful Wednesday and a few flowers to brighten your day!

  4. oh, dear, now, I left a post, all the way back on Sept. the fifths post. I want you to know that it's there.

I hope that you're feeling better and better. I am achey and low and not sure if it's the change in the weather or if I have my son's cold.

I have a pink anemone, too!!!! It just calls out to be photographed, doesn't it? I, also, live at the bottom of a very breezy hill which makes me a bit crazy, at times. Maybe I should just set my cameras setting to the "sports" option!

Anyway, thanks for your comments and for being so supportive. Let's journey this road together for a while, shall we???

    Love, Katy

  6. Oddly enough I too would probably once have answered 'architecture' but I find that I constantly gravitate back towards flowers and now I love taking them. They're good subjects - usually in their best clothes and usually sitting nice and still!

    These are beautiful.
