It's Macro Friday at Blogging from Bolivia and I took the opportunity to have a go at this amaryllis. It was a quite a battle with the tripod and I'm not completely satisfied, but this one is the best I could get. I'm looking forward to seeing your macros at Blogging from Bolivia!

ReplyDeleteIt's breathtaking! I don't have the patience to drag out my tripod and set it up, but I need to start doing that. I certainly can't hold as still as I need to for a macro shot.

ReplyDeleteI don't know what you're saying, about not being satisfied with this photo. I mean, I can understand if it's not exactly what you intended. But it's still a beautiful macro photo! I love the softness, and the shades of green and pink that are surrounding the middle.
This came out great. Good angle too. Pretty flower.
