Unwinding

Finally a few days off - to relax, take photo walks and have the time to notice even the small things around me.

I spotted this little guy on a walk this morning. Normally, I'm not such a huge fan of snails (although I admire their houses), but detecting this one somehow felt like the epitome of unwinding. It just made me happy and I thought it would be ideal for Lisa's Creative Exchange.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a great start into the week.

  1. I love this Rosie!
Being able to capture him on the leaf shows just how small he really is!
You sure had your eyes open for this one!
I am so glad you are getting some downtime my dear friend!

Thank you so much for sharing this today at The Creative Exchange.

I wish you a wonderful day!

  2. I don't like snails much either, Rosie, but you managed to frame this one so nicely that it looks really cute. So glad you have some time for R&R!

  5. What a find - for some reason, I think snails are cool....but only when I have a camera!

  7. It may be small, but it still makes big holes.
Having to demolish between 2 and 4 thousand snails each season, I am not too enamoured either :-)
You must have been extremely relaxed to feel comfortable in its company today.
