Expectations


This cold but sunny weekend saw me heading over to a public garden where I expected to find all sorts of autumn flowers. I couldn't have been more wrong... - not a single mum, dahlia, Chinese lantern or Japanese Anemone to be found, but a rose garden with rows of wonderful roses, still blooming!

As this might be one of the last roses for this year I thought it to be just perfect for Lisa's Creative Exchange. I can't wait to see all the interesting photos being linked up over at  Lisa's, I'll meet you there!

    Wonderful dof and such a pretty colour. It's crazy but some of my plants I cut down last month are starting to flower again!

    It is absolutely gorgeous, and just my opinion, but definitely one of your very best. The depth of field alone is amazing, but add to it the colors, and...perfection!

    I visited a college campus a few weeks ago and saw the same thing -- roses blooming everywhere.

    This is such a beautiful, bright pink. Very cheerful on a Monday. :)

    Roses are so surprising, aren't they? I've seen some bushes still blooming in this area, too. I even have one small rose on a potted bush.

    yes, outside flowers are rare now. The last rose is a bit sad. Myself I chosed an archive shot for NF Flowers today. :)
