Thank You


Although it was last week that Lisa had asked for our favourite photo 2011, I decided to show you another one. A flower, of course...!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful and encouraging comments and emails! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate them - your are best!

It's already the second week of January and what is quite unusual for me is that I haven't taken up my DSLR so much these days. I'm now a proud owner of an iPhone (I think I must have been the last person on earth to join...) and I have been playing around with Instagram these days. Justine encouraged me to try it and now I'm hooked... ;-) It's really fun and if you'd like to connect with me there, you'll find me @rosiegrey.

    No I am the LAST person to get one....I'm trying to save moo-lah-lah and getting a new one costs money and ups my monthly charge-but I'm jealous.

    So glad you are feeling better and so glad you are hooked on instagram, it suddenly seems so easy doesn't it? It is like Hockney using an iPad to draw, I look at it as another skill to our bow! Have you looked at the fatmumslim.com.au January challenge? That is what I am doing, it is fun

    Rosie, this rose is GORGEOUS!!! Everything about it is pure magic.

    This flower capture is beyond lovely! Flowers are just the best, most beautiful subjects, aren't they?! The color and delicate light in this piece is gorgeous.

    What a beautiful photo. Hard to believe it is from a phone.. I just got a smart phone right before Christmas.. It's not an iphone. But it does a lot. I just have to get used to it!!

    No iPhone for me....and I'm not that impressed with the photos my Droid takes. But that's okay....I have 6 cameras, and I need to justify their existence. ;-) Beautiful rose, Rosie! I have some in a similar shade.
