A Pattern?

I must confess I had something completely different in my mind for the start of Justine's February theme "Patterns and Repetitions"... I was thinking along architectural lines, when my eyes fell on my withering tulips - and then I suddenly saw a kind of pattern there!

I hope you'll see it, too. And if not, I hope you'll enjoy that last glimpse of these tulips!

I can! I definitely can and that's the whole point that if we really stop to look we can see patterns in everything!

I, too, thought I would be taking walks downtown (and I will) but I have already clicked a number of nature scenes while walking the dogs. Who knew! Beautiful flower, btw. The spiky greens are so nice with the soft purple flower.

Nature is full of beautiful patterns! I love how tulips look when they open up. Wonderful light and color in your photo.
