No Tulips Yet

I was so looking forward to last Thursday where I planned to buy tulips at the Farmers' Market, come what may, or so I thought...

Well, freezing temperatures came and thus there was no flower stall at the Market. So much for plans or tulips photos! The weather forecast for this week is even colder than last week, so you might have to put up with another orchid shot next Monday for  ;-)

Have a wonderful week everyone! And now off to Lisa's Creative Exchange, maybe there are some tulips there...

I'll take one of your lovely orchids any day! Do you grow them? Have a good week, Rosie!

I agree with Gina.
I never tire of your orchids, and this one is a beauty, Rosie! They come in so many different colors (kind of odd looking, but they actually have blue ones here now!). Of all the choices, white is still my very favorite.

Thank you so very much for sharing with us today at The Creative Exchange.

Have a wonderful evening!

Beautiful shot, I also agree with Gina. Tulips are short lived but the orchids will flower for such a long time:)

I think orchids are a wonderful substitute, actually! ;-) I know you would prefer the tulips because it would mean decent weather.

Awww, sorry you didn't get your tulips. :( Love this orchid, though! I'm certainly not disappointed. :) Brighter, warmer days will come. Hope you have a great week!

I KNOW you're going to get those tulips. You all but promised me. They will be ready-as will you-at the right time. Meanwhile you made these little white blossoms look spring like.

I love tulips but they never seem to last long. I bought hyacinth last week and they have already drooped!! Your orchid is amazing you are so lucky its flowering!

Sweet white orchid...lovin' these orchid images. Sorry about the tulips...I just go to Trader Joe's to buy mine. No Farmer's Markets here yet and won't be until sometime in May. Enjoy your week!!

White orchids look lovely to me! Especially in contrast to the piles of white snow we still have :)
