Creative Exchange
It's Creative Exchange again at Lisa's blog White Cotton Tee. I'm still a bit insecure with textures and which photos to use other than flowers (and not even every flower seems to work...), so today I decided to try something different.
As I already told, you I'm not so experienced with my software and somehow don't get around to really learn it. If I do use it, it's either something simple like adjusting the levels or I play around, mostly not able to reproduce the same effect again later on.
The picture above is a result of playing around... I converted the original photo into b & w and then used the solarize filter and adjusted the brightness.
Have a creative Tuesday!

I like this a lot Rosie. Black and white is perfect for the it, and the thing I REALLY love, is that even though I cannot see his face, he looks to be deep in thought! Love photographs like this that can leave so much to your interpretation/imagination.
Thank you so much for sharing this today at The Creative Exchange.
I love how you have done this! all these textures and light lend themselves so well to black and white and make it a really interesting shot.
What a wonderful wistful quality! It makes me think of something in magazine :) Love what you did to this, I think you've used your software beautifully!
This makes a brilliant black & white image. Love it!
Rosie this pic is amazing. The texture really adds to the pic.
Very cool! The black and white really accentuates the lighting.
Love what you have done here....it makes for some really eye pleasing tones!
BW also brought the scene to the past. It looks like the 60s. Beautiful!
