My lilies have dropped their petals and this is the last one still holding up, posing for my photos. As it is
Creative Exchange time at Lisa's blog I worked with textures by
Kim Klassen on this photo and also tried a few of Kim's tricks on saturation and gradient map.
Have a wonderful day and enjoy all the creative entries!

lovely lovely stuff!
So pretty! I love what you did to this (even if I don't know exactly how it worked) - I need to be grateful for Kim Klassen because it's allowing me to enjoy all your lovely work!
Rosie - Just my opinion, but I think this is your best yet!! Not only the processing you did on it, but the fantastic composition. Again, my opinion, but that lily is placed just perfectly in the frame. So beautifully done!
Have a great day/evening!

What a beautiful shot.. I love the composition of this photo.. So pretty!
very nice macro picture - well done
I would never tire of looking at this. I keep lilies in my house all the time, but, If I could take a photo like this Rosie it would be on my wall!
Lilies are, by far, my favorite flower. You did a wonderful job of photographing this one!
I like the contrast of the black parts (sorry, don't know my botany) with the rest. I love the color of lilies so I would not have thought to convert to black and white, I like what you showed today.
Very pretty picture, soft and nice.
Beautiful capture Rosie. Love what you have created!
I love lilies and this one is so beautifully capture by your lenses!
