Fitness Routine


To make this clear right from the beginning - I don't have a fitness routine at the moment... But as my work days are spent sitting at a desk most of the time, I at least make it a habit to walk all the stairs. How do you fit sports into your schedule?

By the way, this is also my entry for Black and White Wednesday at The Long Road to China. I'm curious to go over and have a look at all the wonderful entries.

I am not a big sports person, but fitness, yes. I run some, and I would absolutely be lost without my Pilates. Have been doing this for years, and so love it!

I also love the perspective in this photograph. Makes me feel like I could step right onto the stairs!

Neat shot and great idea to do some exercise while at work. I need to get back into a regular exercise routine - hard to find time with my life as a mom of 9. They keep me plenty busy.

I am training for the london marathon which means lots and lots of running, hard when it's pouring with rain or freezing cold! I bet in a month you could be running up these stairs! great shot.

Yep, I take the stairs too and I walk instead of taking the car. Training is not really my thing but I try to get that every-day-exercise.

Those are some steep stairs....are they in your house? Since my desk is on the second floor and the kitchen (read:food) is downstairs, I'm up and down the stairs all day. I think every little bit of movement helps. The perspective in your photo is great.

I like to go on long walks.. But I mostly get my excercise by chasing twenty 4 year olds around for 6 Hours.. I'm a preschool teacher.. Keeps me moving, thats for sure..

Those look like steep stairs. I currently do not have a fitness regimen, but I really need to start one ASAP!!

I love the look of the stairs in this photo! My main workout is the stairs at my house.....up & down what feels like a million times a day! And I try to fit in hot yoga once or twice a week (lately not so much). Thanks for visiting!
